Salina Ocnele Mari,Valcea





Salina Ocnele Mari este amenajata la 225 de metri fata de nivelul marii se intinde pe o suprafata de 10.000 de metri patrati.
Parcul are o biserica, un muzeu, restaurant, magazine de suveniruri, baruri, un teren de fotbal, de baschet, de tenis, masa de biliard, locuri de joaca pentru copii , etc.


In Ocnele Mari se poate ajunge folosind drumul DN 67 (strada Copacelu a municipiului Ramnicu Valcea) si strada Alexandru Ioan Cuza a orasului care se intersecteaza cu aceasta. Pe strada Alexandru Ioan Cuza , din Ocnele Mari , exista un indicator "Spre Salina" iar dupa aprox.200 m se ajunge la locul unde sunt parcate microbuzele care transporta turistii in subteran

In salina sunt inhalati aerosoli salini prin care se trateaza diverse afectiuni in special afectiunile respiratorii .
Aerosolii sunt micro-particule aflate in suspensie intr-un mediu gazos.
Aerosolii salini sunt inhalati in mod natural de catre curant pe ambele cai: nazal si pe gura.


Aerosolii salini de dimensiuni cuprinse intre 0,5-0,9 microni, se depun pe caile respiratorii superioare: cavitatea bucala, cavitatile nazale, faringe.
Aerosolii de dimensiuni mici, cei cu marimi intre 0,1-0,5 ajung in organele inferioare ale aparatului respirator: laringe, bronhii, bronhiole, alveole pulmonare.


Prin absortia de catre aceste organe, aerosolii salini realizeaza actiunile de dezinfectie,fluidizare a mucoaselor, eliminarea toxinelor, refacerea elasticitatii membranelor celulelor,reducerea PH-ului pe ariile organelor de respiratie, reducerea si gruparea micro-organismelor iritante.


Prin inhalarea aerosolilor, caile respiratorii sunt curatate de focarele de infectie , prezente atat la adulti cat mai ales la copii, focare ce declanseaza si intretin numeroase boli respiratorii (in majoritatea cazurilor recidivante, devenind cronice) si prin a caror prezenta,imunitatea organismului, scade treptat.


Sarea, prin natura sa este o substanta bactericida, care nu permite dezvoltarea culturilor microbiene, comportandu-se ca un dezinfectant. Prin depunerea si absortia ionilor salini, la nivelul cailor respiratorii atat superioare cat si cele inferioare, conjugate si cu proprietatea puternic higroscopica, ia nastere efectul de dilutie a depunerilor de impuritati sau materie straina corpului uman (inclusiv microorganisme), care provoaca boli si disfunctii respiratorii, pornind de la simple raguseli, bronsite si chiar astm.


Inspirarea de aerosoli salini este mai mult decat necesara, prin absortia lor, actionand in primul rand direct asupra mucusului. Acestea duc la lichefierea si fluidizarea mucusului de pe caile respiratorii, realizand astfel extragerea materiilor straine dintre cilii si din micro-cavitatile tractului respirator,determinand astfel usurarea progresiva si de lunga durata a respiratiei.
Persoanele din salina intra in contact prin intermediul pielii cu atmosfera incarcata cu aerosoli salini. Acestia sunt absorbiti la nivelul pielii expuse, in proportii corespunzatoare absortiei oxigenului, umiditatii si desigur prin depunere/precipitare datorita umezelii si diferentei de temperatura a suprafetei pielii fata de atmosfera.

The saline is inhaled saline aerosols which treat various diseases, especially respiratory diseases. Aerosols are micro-particles suspended in a gaseous environment. Inhaled saline aerosol are naturally by the treating both ways: nasal and mouth.
Saline aerosol sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0.9 microns, is deposited on the upper airway: oral cavity, nasal cavities, pharynx. Small aerosols, those with sizes between 0.1 to 0.5 to reach the lower respiratory organs: larynx, bronchi, bronhiole, pulmonary alveoli.
